New Teacher at Daycare

I'll post on the working mom's board, but DD2 has always had 2 main teachers. Come the beginning of January, one of her teachers is going to part time to accommodate her upcoming semester (she's in school) and another teacher is taking over the full time position. Well the other teacher started this week and she's having lots of time with the kids so they can start getting used to her. I'm really torn what to do about holiday gifts. Clearly I'm getting something big for her 2 main teachers, but I don't know what to do about this new one. Do I get her something as big as the other 2, something small, not at all?
