I jut wanted to say to all the new mothers of multiples out their you will make it! I'm sitting on the couch, at 5am pumping for my babies, before i head to work, watching them on the monitore and i can not help but feel so madley in love with them. They are 5minths old, sttn on most nights, and are such happy and healthy babies. I still have very vivid memories of the early days and thought that people who posted about how much easier it gets we're crazy. However now that I am living it I know it is true. I want to say you will servive, you will get a little more sleep, and you will feel like you have your life under control, not all the time but more time than less. Hang in there. There is light at the end of the tunnel.
Re: You will make it
I'll be honest, as someone early on in pregnancy, this board sometimes freaks me the eff out. Not that I fault people for being honest or venting or looking for advice. But it's nice to hear things like this sometimes.
Glad things are better for you!
Baby Boy #1 born 1/15/2010
Babies #2 & #3 arriving Spring 2014 (EDD June 18)
DH and I had a rough first few weeks as well. We were always arguing about who did more and just every stupid thing. We made it through & I'm positive you will too! Once the babies started sleeping and eating better, things between us got better too. Good luck!!
