The never ceasing headache... cures??

I've had a headache for over 24 hours non stop all over my head that I think it's source is sinuses. I'm not sick and I know this can be a pregnancy related thing. What have you ladies done to ease it? Someone told me coffee but I've been no caffeine and coffee gives me (TMI alert) diarrhea lol. Help meeeee...

Typically I just drink a Dr. Pepper or two and it goes away. However, I was sinus-y two weeks ago and took Benadryl to help.

I had a headache all day yesterday, and felt it returning this morning, so I popped a tylenol. Acetaminophen is safe, and just one tablet has me going just fine today.

I got these constantly with DD and have been getting them almost daily with this pregnancy. The best thing that helped take them away (like entirely) was going to the chiropractor. That man is magic.

I feel your pain. I think it's been four days in a row that I've had a headache. I allow myself 1gram of Tylenol a day. However, today it's not going anywhere and I have to work tonight so I'll take more beforehand. I was also thinking maybe I'm a bit dehydrated but every time I drink something, I get sick.

Tons of water to keep you hydrated, regular strength Tylenol, and sleep. Headaches are awful, hope you get some relief!

I put a little vapor rub on my temples or forehead and that seem to help

I had one for 3 days the other day, I took two tylenol and drank half of a soda and it helped me. Hope you feel better.

Hydration and eating a small snack help take the edge off for me, but I'm going on almost a week now with a headache.

Lots and lots and lots of water! Add crystal light or mio if you can't stomach or don't like water. I would try to consistently drink a lot for 1-2 days and see if that helps?

I was getting one almost every day weeks 11-14. They have finally stopped and I am thrilled. I tried to deal with the pain most days because I didn't want to pop Tylenol every day but on the days it was too much to bear I took two 500mg Tylenol and that helped. My O/B said two 500mg Tylenol was safe. She also said if that didn't help relieve the pain to call. Hope you feel better.

Claritin is the only thing that really helps me. Ice packs will take the edge off a little too.

This. I get them almost daily and if I have caffeine (Dr Pepper 10 is my choice of caffeine) it helps!

Water water water water!! I posted this before, but I get migraines all the time where I can't see its so bad. My doctor recommended I drink a glass before bed, and every time I get up to pee in the night, and as soon as I wake up in addition to like 80 oz during the day. Haven't had one since about 6-7 weeks when I started this!! Feel better! Headaches are relentless!!
