Help!! 30 weeks pregnant with cramping and hip pain.

I'm 30 weeks pregnant with g/g twins and having horrible hip pain, on and off what feels like menstrual cramps (nothing that can be timed), back pain and my pelvic kind of hurts. Has anyone else has this? Should I be concerned? I'm extremely uncomfortable and can barely sleep!
I was in the hospital at 27 weeks for pre-term labor and was told I was 1cm dilated and shortened cervix at 2.0. Just wondering if I'm maybe dilating more and that's why I'm so uncomfortable now. Trying to decide if I should call my dr.

    I would call your OB and let them decide due to already experiencing preterm labor.

    IVF with PICSI #3: ER 9/8 (11 ER/8 Mature/7 Fertilized)/ET 9/13 (2 AA blastocysts transferred) 
    Beta#1, 9/26/12: 719 Beta#2, 9/28/12: 1,436 Beta#3, 10/1/12: 3,446
    1st u/s on 10/10/12: It's Twins! We found out on 12/16/12 that we were having two BOYS!
    C & D were born on 5/16/13 at 10:46 am and 10:47 am

    I'd go get checked out - preterm labour doesn't necessarily have the same signs as term labour, and back pain is often associated with PTL. Good luck, let us know how it goes!!

    Went and saw my doctor he didn't seem to concerned considering what we went through about 3 weeks ago. The pain is pretty much gone now, it just comes and goes every now and then. My doctor said it was normal with everything going on. I'm supposed to go to the hospital if I'm contracting more than 4 times an hour. And of course rest as much as possible. Just thought I'd give you all an update.
