Update on CIO

Knock on wood but the last two days have been so much better! Last night and nap today he laid down with out screaming!!!!! I expect some backwards days but there's a light at the end of the tunnel!

I may have unintentionally done cio this week. I've been sick with a bad virus and dh has slept with lo since Monday so I could get some rest. At first I went in if he cried for a while but had to leave because I was so nauseated. He feel asleep in 4 min, then he cried for a long while but I was so sick I could not go in. Last night he only woke once at 2:51 but fell asleep quickly, so quickly that I nodded off before the clock chimed 3 and woke me. He stayed sleeping until just before 7. So at least something good is coming from being sick!
