OMG I've watched it like 4 times. I can't imagine the relief that guy must have felt to get all that disgusting puss out of his back.

I love popping zits, but even that was too much.

I can't remember the exact one and I refuse to watch any of the ones on YouTube and scar myself further. But if you google "back zit pop" I'm sure you'll find it eventually, there are a bunch. The blackhead one sounds less gross to me than a straight up zit.
