Cold medicine

So, I got LO's cold and now I'm a little bit miserable.  From what I read on Kelly Mom and other sites, decongestants can/will reduce your milk supply.  Has anyone taken a decongestant?  Any impact on milk supply?  My LO is six months and I'm producing just enough milk to fill up her bottles each day.
