Head banging

Does anyone else's LO bang their head on things? DS will stand up against a door, wall, window etc and bang his head on it. Usually it is the back of his head. He will also lean over the couch or my leg if I am sitting and bang his head. He sometimes is upset when he does this but not always. I am always afraid he is going to hurt himself and when he bangs his head on my legs he does it hard so it must hurt. Anyone else's lo do this? Should I be concerned?

Yes, Tucker does this. I have no idea why but it doesn't seem to hurt; I do discourage it though when he starts up.

LO does this randomly. It is mostly when I am trying to put her down for a nap. She will sit and bang the back of her head on the crib rails or the wall. She is not hitting it very hard but I do try to discourage it.
