Out of my mind-vent

My husband had his vesectomy last Friday and it went well. I get your family jewels hurt but seriously dude shut up! When I had our second child I was taking care of our first the moment we left the hospital.
Our almost 3 year old son (Dec 27) started potty training and it's going fairly well. Accidents here and there but I'm so proud of him. I just have to be "on" though. I have to be aware of potty time and watching his potty cues.
LO is in her 6 month growth spurt. Fuck you growth spurt! She hardly naps and gets up in the middle of the night WIDE awake. Since I stay home DH gets to sleep never mind I'm up at 6:45 am with our oldest daily.
On top of all this our cat passed away while we were out of town last week. My heart still hurts thinking about her. We haven't done an ounce of Christmas shopping or for my son's birthday.

@phishgirl29 I am so sorry for the loss of your kitty. Were you able to find out what happened? Was he sick? It feels as though a piece of our family is missing.
