  I have had one, almost 2 months ago and very slight breakthrough bleeding that lasted a whole 5 mins since then. Guess I won't complain that I have only had one though.

  I clicked nope, but at the beginning of September I had some light brown spotting one night, so I assume that was my period trying to return. It was over before I even noticed it and hasn't returned.

  I found this (albeit a little dated) resource (that doesn't appear to have any studies associated with it, so take it with a grain of salt):

  
  

  "About 70% of EBF mothers experience their first menstruation between 9 and 20 months postpartum. The average return of menstruation for EBF mothers is between 14 and 15 months. "

  
  

  ETA: I've found a couple reputable studies (though they looked at women in Nepal) that seem to agree with the above general timeframe.

  
  

  "For instance, trimean of amenorrheic period was found to be 9.6 months while median was 8.4 months and mean was 10.4 months."

  I had one last month.  It didn't last long.  We'll see what happens this month, but I was never very regular to start out with.
