Oh shit moment

I'm 35 weeks pregnant and my OB said she believes that this baby is already around 7 pounds... Half of what I've gained this entire pregnancy.
I was fine and all happy... Until I started thinking.
Now that I have nothing to keep me busy, my vagina is using my brain and telling me she is scared to death of how big LO will make her stretch, and questioning her capability to do it! Lol

My poor vagina...

I completely understand! I was told at 35 weeks that LO was 7 lbs, 1 oz. Additionally, his head is measuring 2 weeks ahead! And DH doesn't understand why I'm so scared! I'll say a prayer for your vagina, if you'll say a prayer for mine!

Prayer was just said for us to never ever have vaginabuttholes.

Tell your husband to think about a 7 pound shit coming out of his butt.. And then ask you again why you're scared.

Men.... I swear.

My husband almost passes out when they do cervical checks on me. Lol he thinks that hurts me... Watch him pass out when I give birth.

My vag is terrified after our growth scan on Monday too when we found out LO is in the 95th percentile for size...yikes. The only thing that is making me feel better is that his head is more towards the 50th percentile so at least he doesn't have an abnormally large noggin!

My doctor said after my growth u/s last week "ok so it looks like you'll be having an 8-9lb baby" as if it was no big deal....um hello lady, you do know where this child is coming out of right?! Ouch!!

As she was doing the ultrasound to check for fluid she made a comment on how big his "balls" were!!! I don't even know how I felt about that one.. Whether I was going to laugh hysterically or cry that they were huge enough to be white on the screen and show the entire shape! My vag better stretch a lot, then go back to it's normal self. Haha

@katieswei same to you! Hopefully we all won't have to have those crazy new one hole things that the honest obgyn referee to as "vaginabutthole"

This is why I am glad we don't have growth checks here in Alberta. High risk patients, yes. But if there are no issues and have been none through the pregnancy, the only time we see baby is around 20 weeks. I'd be frieking out too I think!

I think the medical term for this is vasshole. Right? I think I read that somewhere. :P

I have several friends who delivered monster babies (most pain med-free, those super heroes) and their H's keep coming back for more. Have more faith in your downstairs mix-up! She'll be fine! :P

Most of my friends who have had vaginal deliveries say they're even tighter post baby. That gives me hope that all will be ok!
