could it b thrush?

Good evening ladies! I have a one month old and enjoying almost every minute of it.. lol

I am not able to breastfeed but in am pumping.. after I pump my boobs burn. I have done some reseach and some people say it could be thrushwhat do yoy think? Should I not give her bm tonight? I will be calling my dr in the am

    My thought is that you might have the suction on too high, or you might need to put a bit of lube (something edible like olive oil) in the horn things to keep your nipples from rubbing.  I mean, it could be thrush, but see if there's a mechanical issue first?
