DH was supposed to reschedule our water softener people to come out Friday. Apparently he didn't because they showed up today. The house is a mess, the guys left their crossbow, arrows, saws all by the front door from their last hunting trip so the tech almost trips over everything. I've got J in my arms-who woke up from her nap from the dogs barking at the techs-so I couldn't move things out of the way. On top of that, he didn't leave me his card or anything from his account to pay for it, so I had to write a check from my account. Here's hoping that DH will move money around to cover it now.
Added that one of the tech didn't shut the screen door all the way so it just banged against the door and freaked me out thinking someone is breaking in. I'm done

Eta to add that he just finally texted me back getting mad saying I should have told them to come back instead of writing a check

Been there before as well. Super frustrating. I just reminded DH that if he wants me to wear a bra around other men he needs to let me know they're coming. I think that worked.
