Question for ebf moms. ( diaper smell)

LO's poop has always had a sweet kind of smell. Now ill change his diapers because I smell it and its just pee. So I can't tell if its his pee smelling sweet too or farts? Any insight on this smell??( will ask doc as well)

    I vote gas. I saw some show a long time ago about pancake syrup smelling pee in newborns... It wasn't a good thing, but some rare medical thing. But I still vote gas

    Yea I think since our hospital trip for strep I have become a little paranoid! I just checked and smelled just a slight pee smell then after a few minute of gas straining I smelled again and smelled the poop smell so I think it is just gas getting trapped.
