Winter boot recommend

In need of some winter boots for my guy for our cold and snowy Canadian winters. Would like something thats super easy to get on him that will keep him dry and warm, also something that isnt too stiff and rigid on him. I saw some Stonz booties and some Bogs boots but my hubby thinks $50+ is ridiculous for itsy boots. Any input or other recommendations please ?

Re: Winter boot recommend

  • I got Ava the Kamik's as well (Also both my H and I have Kamik snow boots too and we love ours). They are really easy to get on her and they keep her feet nice and dry (and warm) while she's walking out in the snow. They are expensive if you buy them from the Stride rite store ($48) but there are tons on ebay. I got Ava's from there and I think they were around $15 and they were barely worn - looked pretty new to me. Considering she'll be wearing them for 1 winter I think it's a good deal.

  • We have a pair of Itasca boots from Sears, I think they were about $30 but were on sale for $19. So far I like them - easy to get on/off and they seem to be keeping out the snow. The only issue is that she has some trouble walking in them because they're so bulky, but I think that would happen with any boot.
