recommend your oatmeal muffin recipe

I've been searching the internet for a good baked oatmeal or oatmeal muffin recipe. I need to mix up DD's breakfasts! There's a ton out there but thought you guys might be able to recommend your favorites!
Here are my requirements:
I'd like to use leftover yogurt in them
Must freeze well
Must pack well (she eats breakfast at the sitters)
Healthy - without a lot of added sugar or salt.
Easy to change up the "mix ins" with differant fruits or even veggie.
And of course yummy!

Reproductive Endocrinologist diagnosed us "Unexplained Infertility".
After 3 years . . . 3 IUIs . . . and 3 IVFs . . . our miracle GIRL arrived on August 6, 2012.

Got pregnant on our own without Fertility Treatments - January 2016! Thank you snow storm Jonas!
EDD 10/15/16
At 20-week anatomy scan found IUGR (Intrauterine Growth Restriction), and very low Amniotic Fluid. Now, I'm High Risk and have weekly ultrasounds to monitor fluid and growth. If baby runs out of room or is too growth restricted, they will deliver ASAP. My current goal is to make it to 28 weeks!

One I do that is amazing is this:
2 large old bananas
1 cup of quick oats.
mash bananas and mix with oats.
You can add in choc chips, coconut, dried fruit, blueberries, or nuts
spoonful on a cookie sheet
bake 350º for 15 mins.
super easy! I added cherries last time I made them and this time I did blueberries- YUM!
That recipe looks a little too simple! Is it really only 2 ingredients? Does it need any liquid (other than the bananas)?

I've never thought to add a puree (veg one) and hide it in there.
