Hey Moms, Anyone know of a good stetch mark cream, oil, or remedy that really works?

Im on baby number 4 and my stretch marks, thankfully, are light but all around my hips and stomach. I just want to make sure they dont get worse and fade once my son gets here.  Any suggestions?
