Turkey soup (We use the turkey from thanksgiving - frozen in this case bc I didn't want to make it right away)
Cover the turkey remains (carcass) and remaining meat (we use the dark meat for this) with water. Bring to a boil and simmer for 2ish hours. Remove all bones and shred or chop meat to return to broth. Add chopped celery and carrots (to liking) and season with a bit of poultry seasoning. Return to boil and simmer for a bit. We add leftover turkey gravy for flavor, too. Before serving, add thick egg noodles to cook and serve with rolls.
@MrsM1111 ordinarily so is my H but I've been making them anyway. I've found that if I don't tell him what's in it he'll give it a go without scowling. If he had his way we'd have curry and chips every night of the week.
