I heard her say it for the first time yesterday, and brushed it off as a misinterpretation. Today it's been non-stop; everything she touches or wants is "MINE!"
Too bad. My dad taught DD "mine" when he visited in September. I still have no idea why he thought that was a word she needed to know! DD said it frequently for the first few days but now rarely says it. Hopefully the novelty will wear off soon for your DD too!
I don't know what's more irritating, her constantly saying "mine" or the fact that DH has been on his death bed for almost 2 weeks now....by that I mean he has a cold. 8-|
He's lucky that he's starting to feel better today, I almost stuffed food down his effing throat so he could shut up about the dilemma of not being able to eat but being SOOOOOO HUUUNNNGGGGRRRYY ( ....... :-L

God, help me.
LOL, DD has been saying MINE about everything since she was first learning to talk. Isn't it so much fun!? I wish I could say it will be short lived, but it hasn't been for us.
