I can't edit signature, help please

I know this has nothing to do with this board, but does anyone have a suggestion? I edited my signature weeks ago and the changes never took place. I've deleted it, my old one is still there, put new ones in, still there... I've tried in Chrome and Internet Explorer, cleaned my history, cookies, etc. Anyone else have this problem and how did you fix it?
Sept 2013 started TTC#2 (never got PP period so hoping for the first egg to drop)
Jan 2014 - diagnosed POF (Premature Ovarian Failure) and told pregnancy not possible without egg donor because my ovaries would never function again with my hormone levels (FSH 136, LH 98.6, AMH <.03, estradiol 0, HCG 7) - using acupuncture, chiropractic care and TCM herbs / supplements
March 11, 2014 ovulated despite every doctors prognosis!!!
Oct 2014 hormones (FSH 48, Estradiol 89, HCG 1) not good, but heckuva lot better!

Nov. 16, 2015 FET of single adopted 5AA embryo - BFN

    Are you going to the head icon the selecting preferences and the going to signature settings?

    I was going to edit signature and avatar. That's what I initially did to put something in there but it was over a year ago... I'll go look and see if I'm missing a signature settings somewhere. Is it under "my bump?"

    Yes, I did that. What's weird is my new signature is saved in there, but my old one still appears. It has for weeks. At first I thought it was just a glitch and would switch over as they updated the website, but it hasn't.
