Let's spice things up! What's the story, morning glory? How is life? Doing anything exciting? Doing anyone exciting? Any fun holiday plans? Any fun holiday stories? Any plain old funny stories?
Let us dish!
Me? Life has been busy, but good. Switching gears to a much earlier morning schedule, so that sucks. We're officially starting to be open to TTC again which is both exciting and scary, but it's now or never being as it took 4 years (and one m/c) with Luke. We're not holding out a lot of hope because of the initial RE dx, but we're not really talking seriously about going down the RE path again as we can't (don't want to) take out that much money on a gamble.
No real fun holiday plans or stories.
Luke is a pretty funny little kid. He knows that "damn it" is a Mommy word, he loves watching Food Network, Psych and NCIS (although not in that order). He told his Dad to "suck it" (ala Shaun/Gus) and I laughed my ass off. #Momoftheyear He is a very vocal and social little shit and is constantly asking strangers "So, what's your name?" (Name) "Hi (Name), I'm Luke. Where are you from?" (answer) "I'm from (our town). How was your day?" (answer) "My day was good...I went to school." etc. A "quick trip" anywhere can take forever if he meets a talkative old lady. However, he can be a tiny tornado too and has his grandma/papa whipped with his dramatics.

Little Man (4 years old---holy cow)
He's the single greatest thing I've done in my life and reminds me daily of how fun (and funny) life can be. He's turned out pretty swell for having such a heartless and evil mother.
Re: So......this place is kind of boring.
No news on the adoption front, so we just keep waiting. Sad to go another holiday season without a kiddo, but hopefully it'll be the last.
Otherwise life consists of work, sleep, and occasionally working out. I should do a better job of that while I can, huh?
No huge plans for the holidays. We will go home. I'm not sure when. GMIL is going to TX. Oh the jokes I can make. Too bad she wouldn't understand.
We are having a group of students over for Saturday morning for breakfast and Wii games and I am getting overly excited to have them here. Haha,
We are saving money like crazy again and I can't wait for July so we can open DH's 401k and officially start saving for our retirement.
Christmas is coming which means my job is a living hell right now and when these kids get of campus on the 20th I am going to cry relief and sleep in as long as I possibly can.

We are in the process of turning our office into a nursery. It's not going fast enough for me, but I can't really help MH sort his stuff. People are right when they say baby #3 gets the short straw.
Busy here with the boys, school and trying not to go crazy with DH OOT.
Sick kiddos, plus 3 finals plus me being sick makes for a cranky gadget.
DH and I are both so busy. Even though he isn't working at the moment, he has been so busy with his fire dept that he has been there just about every day. He will be filling in as chief a few times this week, so he has been really making sure all his ducks are in a row. I have been swamped with work stress. I lost two sales recently and have been so disappointed but the future is bright. I hope to bag a big sale by the end of the year, with a discounted price of $365,000.
We have no little ones but I'm due to take a test soon. My ridiculous cycles are probably to blame for my nonexistent AF, but our decision is to test once a month until AF shows up. Until I turn a test, I will remain the mom to four kitties. Some days I feel like a single mom when the things most commonly heard in our place are "get down from there! Don't slap your sister! What are you eating? Hey! NO!" My youngest two do this funny thing where they stand on their hind legs with their front paws up, and slap at each other aimlessly. It's funny every single time.
