I voted 29 weeks because that's when it started, but I'd have bursts of energy where I felt good up until 34 weeks. After that, it was just plain uncomfortable until delivery (for me). You might be different and feel great all the way through!
I'm already starting to feel uncomfortable but I know it's nothing compared to how it's going to be. I can still live my daily life without a problem. I have a work conference at 28 weeks and I really want to go (mostly because I won a cool award and this will be my last career achievement for a long time-lol). It's a 3 day thing but I can skip sessions and just go to my hotel room at any point if I'm not feeling good. I'm just wondering if it will be a waste to ask my company to pay for it.
It really hit for me between 31-32w. It was starting to get hot, I would swell if my feet weren't elevated, and sitting at a table to eat got really, really hard.
I just started to get really uncomfortable last week (34w). I am still working up until I deliver but I will definitely be asking for a lighter assignment at work (I'm an RN in the emergency department). I only have 11 days until I have my scheduled c-section.
It hit me at about 31 weeks. I worked until 36 weeks and would have kept working but I got pre eclampsia so I had to start my leave....36-38 weeks was SUPER uncomfortable though!!!
I started having bad sciatic pain at 21 weeks, but it went away, but then two weeks later I was just plain uncomfortable. I am still working though and am 33w5d...working till this Friday (34.1)
I'll be 18 weeks on Wednesday with twins and I'm not uncomfortable by any means, but over the past few days I have noticed myself getting out of breath from things like walking from one end of the office at work to the other. I know I'm about halfway there, but I've still got quite a ways to go for this to be starting so soon. I do have a smaller build though. (5'4" and 130lbs pre-pregnancy--I've gained about 10lbs so far.) Anybody else experience shortness of breath this early with their multiples?

I did....I think I started experiencing shortness of breath at 12 weeks LOL! I was walking around the grocery store when I first noticed it. I'm also on the smaller side (5'3" and 120 lbs) I don't know if that matters though...I think it has to do with all the extra blood flow.

Thanks for letting me know I'm not alone! I definitely think the extra blood flow contributes, but after my appt last week and finding out that I was measuring 24 weeks along (for a singleton) at exactly 17 weeks and having my OB showing me how high my uterus is now, I feel like there may some lung-crowding going on too. It's amazing what our bodies will do to make room for babies!

I was 5'4" and 135 pre pregnancy, and I felt short of breath almost immediately, and it has just gotten worse. Week 5, right after I found out I was pregnant (didn't know it was twins), I went for my regular run and had to turn around after two blocks and weezed home. I had run a marathon two months earlier.
I ran a half marathon in early July, by early August (4-5 weeks) I was having shortness of breath. Now I can't walk up a flight of stairs without deep breathing.

Yes.....my heart would also race randomly starting around this time. My OB said it was most likely due to the extra blood flow.
Whoever voted "35+ weeks" is a freaking rockstar! Or is a liar. :-P
I started getting uncomfortable around 24 weeks and I feel like I'm on a slow slide downhill (now 27 weeks). My hips are really bothering me when I try to sleep, I have trouble being on my feet more than 30 minutes at a time, and my pubic symphysis feels almost tender to the touch. That being said, overall I'm not feeling "that" bad. I'll save that feeling for a few more weeks!
Regarding shortness of breath, I was in great shape before my singleton pregnancy and I couldn't believe how ridiculously early I had shortness of breath. I had about the same experience with the twins so far.
Just this past week (21-22) has become pretty bad for me. In my defense, I've been on modified duty for this entire pregnancy so far, so I know my muscle mass is gone and I'm just plain weak. I can't sleep well, can't walk far, back is throbbing... and I still have a long way to go. I'm actually scared of what the 3rd tri will bring.
