Lochia is still present at 3.5w post-op. I frankly don't trust it though, because while I may still be able to get away with a pantyliner at the point, it can come back if you do too much.
If it does come back a little heavier than were you are at now, take a break, stop...and relax in bed for an hour or so - its a sign your doing too much.
It was heavy (period-like) for about 10 days, then about 4 1/2 weeks to stop completely. Between weeks 3-4 it stopped for a couple days then came back, like PP said. Also a c-section.

I'm at barely spotting at 3.5 weeks. And it's the old blood. Never any new.
Pregnancy discovered at 12 weeks 12/2007 - D&C at 13 Weeks due to partial Ectopic pregnancy/Body rejecting pregnancy.
