Daycare provider help!

The in-home day care provider that I thought we had lined up just informed me that she gave our spot to another family and I am going back to work in January so I only have the few weeks left in December to find somewhere to send my almost 3 month old.  I am super panicking (which explains why I am up in the middle of the night searching online and posting for help).  Any suggestions for websites or services that I can use to find a local (Mass) family daycare provider would be really appreciated.

    This is a great resource but also, search Craigslist and THEN vet them through this site.  CL will have posts with openings, which is the easiest way to start.  Where in MA are you located?
