Britax B ready as a double

Hello, 
We have the britax b ready as a single and my dd who is three in Jan still likes to use it. I am getting the lower seat and lower car seat adjustment. Any experience using the stroller as a double? Do you like it? Do you put the baby below? I was thinking I have to do this, since my dd is over the weight limit for the bottom seat.

    It's great as a double.  I'm impressed you've stuck with it as a single for so long since I always felt it was really big for just a single.  That said, it's really pretty compact for a double and it still pushes nicely even with the added weight.  My oldest loves the bottom seat which is great so I can DS facing me.  Keep in mind that there are adapters you can use on the top seat when parent facing that create more space between the second seat the the top seat. Without them, things are a little crowded.  They came with my B-Ready but if you don't have them anymore, I'm sure Britax will send some out to you.  

    I never used the car seat adapter on the bottom as I usually just put DS in the seat since it reclines flat and was appropriate for a newborn.  I also liked using a snuzzler with the newborn to make things a little more comfy.  It's nice that the newborn is sheltered from people touching, etc while in the bottom seat.  That was one of my favorite things about it.  DS would just snooze down there while I had DD in the top seat.  

    I just saw that she's over the limit - how much over the weight limit is DD?  If she's barely over I'd probably not worry about it but if she's over by a lot then yea, just use the Upper seat.  You could also consider a ride on board for your oldest as another option too.

    Thank you so much for your response. My dd is 32 pounds and I hope she will be ok riding on the top. I feel good sticking with Britax as a double. I was thinking of buying a whole new stroller, but this is much cheaper.

    I'm still using it as a single so can't help with your double questions. The bottom seat has a 35lb limit do you're still good with your dd in either seat.

    Yea you'll be good there and I would probably be fine with going a few pounds over that limit.

    I only have one child but have used it as a double with friends. It handles wonderfully!
