Kate has no fear. She is climbing up on our dining room chairs, then standing backwards on them and trying to rock them. Last night she was playing in her playhouse, climbed up on the little slide and took a dive headfirst over the top. I was shaking all night long from it-I seriously thought she had broken her neck. She just laid in the playhouse after she did it. I think she was in shock. But she is such a little spitfire. I am really worried because she hasn't even hit two yet. My poor ticker can't handle it. Does anyone else have a fearless kid? Probably all of you, right? Maybe this is how all toddlers are-I'm pretty clueless when it comes to kids. I just don't remember my nephew being like this.
Re: Does anyone else have a daredevil?
I'm so sorry your DD fell! And I am so glad she is okay! whew- one of my fears is DD falling and hitting her head. ugh. I should buy her a rugby helmet.
I try to stick close when she is on the couch or chairs- she always wants to hold my hand while she climbs- haha being safe I guess? But I am hoping this is a phase and she will go back to sitting and building her blocks here soon!
I am sorry that your daughter fell, I know how scary it is! These kids are going to make us gray quickly.
