Elf on the Shelf.

When/If are you planning on starting the Elf On The Shelf? I wasn't going to start until next year, but my sister is telling me to start this year. I just don't think he will be interested.

Thoughts?

We're going to start next year. I bought one this year though, because those suckers don't go on sale after Christmas, I looked last year. Target had a $5 gift card with purchase deal on them last week, don't know if it's still going on.

I was planning on never, but I've heard from so many people how much their kids love it. So I might try it next year. It would be worth it to see her all excited about it.

We have the elf on the shelf out but he is just staying on the hutch in the corner. I am not going to actively move him around until next year.

I just bought it, but I doubt he'll pay much attention this year.

I had honestly never heard of Elf on a Shelf until this year. It seems kind of cute though, so maybe I'll buy one next year. I don't think he would get it at all this year.
