returning diapers

hey Girls, i got a bunch of diapers at my baby shower, which im super grateful for. I was just wondering since i got a lot of different types can i go to ether Traget or Babies r us to exchange them for the ones i want? Im sure that the babies r us brand ill have no problem with but what about the ones that i dont know which store they were bought from? wil target take them or babies r us?
