UPPAbaby Vista - a few questions

Hi there,

I'm considering the UPPAbaby vista as a stroller choice after bub #2 arrives.  The thing is, some days I will need a single stroller and sometimes a double - how easily does the Rumble Seat connect/disconnect?  Will it be a pain in the butt if I have to keep taking it on and off?

Does it fold with the rumble seat attached, or would I need to take it off first?  Does anyone have one and love it?

Easy to put on and take off. You can't fold with it on. DS refused to sit in it because he was "stuck" under the other seat. So we bought a Baby Jogger a City Select double which I also don't love but it does the job for when DH isn't with me .... It's just not a vista which I loved. If DH is with me we use 2 G-Luxes.

  • It's very easy to put on and take off.
    Won't fold attached.
Can't be used with the bassinet.
    Can only face inward.
    Is small.
    Doesn't recline.
Truly not a double stroller option. A Select is better as a true double imo.
  • My neighbors have the Phil and Ted Vibe. They bought it 4 years ago. They said it was the only stroller they could find at the time that you can fold with the second seat attached.

  • Agree with using a City Select as a double. LOVE IT and it's versatility. Came from my City Mini which I also loved. My friend has a Vista and her son doesn't like the rumble seat so she rarely uses it as a double.

That's useful to know, thanks!  Thanks for all the replies.  :)

I had a City Select with my first bub and I really liked it, I just thought I'd look into other options.  :)
