It was AMAZING! I think it was a hit! The guests all complimented the food and drinks. I made 11 dishes, 3 desserts, 2 delicious cocktails and a kick ass table scape. The guest total was 48. If you follow me on IG I posted a few pics but here are more.
Holy crap dude, I was fully ready to do the obligatory "you did such a good job", but you legit did a professional-level job lady! I love the food markers and the chocolate mouse thing looks delish (and Harper is adorbs)
@WasNotWas I have a Cricut and a Silhoutte machine printer thingy lol. I like the Silhouette better because I have all of the shapes and templates on my Mac. With my Cricket, I have to buy the cartridges and ain't nobody got time for that!
Margarita shrimp sounds awesome. Getting a recipe now.. And I can't tell, is that your handwriting on the cards or did you get them printed on there somehow? So beautiful!
Margarita Shrimp: I use Prawns so this recipe is for a larger shrimp. If you use smaller shrimp maybe adjust the marinade! I did yesterday lol!
4 limes juiced 4 tablespoons of Cuervo Tequila 2 tablespoons of olive oil 1 tablespoon of Triple Sec Salt and pepper About 2 tablespoons of chopped cilantro
You can cook the shrimp however you like. I usually grill them or bake the shrimp and then make an additional marinade to pour over the shrimp.
Marinate and serve either chilled or grill the shrimp on skewers and serve in a martini glass with a salted rim and a lime
I also make a simple corn and mango salsa to go with it as well.
1 pack of cream cheese About 10 oz of Montrechat goat cheese 1 teaspoon of each minced garlic, thyme, and parsley 6 tablespoons of heavy cream Salt and pepper to taste
Blend all of those in your mixer. If you need to make it creamier just add more cream to "thin" it out.
I use a herb crusted thinly sliced bread from our Whole Foods bakery but any bread you like will do.
Spread it on and make a sandwich and cut in some cutesy way.
Wow!!!! I have had an awful stomach ache and zero appetite all day but I am not salivating over these photos. Everything looks delicious. I wish you lived in buffalo so you can come cater my parties!

So easy!
Cherry tomato, basil, and fresh mozzarella.
Skewer them and drizzle with balsamic vinegarette and salt and pepper.
