Oh, man, I'm one of *those* women...I already use breastmilk to clear up gunky eyes and clear congestion for TIlly, and now -- after suffering through massively dry skin throughout pregnancy that has only gotten worse after Tilly was born and trying all sorts of expensive shit that just flat out failed -- I am now massaging breastmilk into the most dry spots to discover that it is working.

Anyone else 'mis'using their milk?

I put that shit on everything. If I have a pimple that's getting infected looking, ear infection, super dry skin. It's good for papercuts, too. I also plan on giving it to DD1 if she gets sick instead of her almond milk (if she'll take it).

sometimes I struggle getting good add-in up LO's noise if I aim right from the boob so I put a kettle in a shallow tiny bowl and use a straw to pick up a little and stop it up there.

I'm impressed with its powers lol

OMG, why didn't I think of this?! I broke pretty bad on my hand after I had him.

I did use BM on one of his self-induced face scratches though and it cleared up pretty fast.

It cleared DD's clogged tear duct. I also have given some pumped milk to DS. Mostly just when DD won't drink her bottle and I don't want to throw the milk out. He loves it and asks for more. He has outed me in front of friends, "want more milk of maman" ...oh well! He's been very healthy so far this winter even though he's in preschool. Eta: hit post too soon
