  This is one of the most moronic things I've ever heard.  We've been just fine FOR YEARS.  We're grown women, not a preschool class that needs someone to wipe noses and make sure Sally shares equally with Jane.

  Sorry, just trying to help out. We're trying to get moderator eyes on as many boards as possible to avoid spam and flag abuse.
  
  We ask for personal information from moderators, just as any volunteer position would require. The information just stays on file with the agreement, we do nothing with it.
  
  I can just ask our mods to keep an eye on the board - just thought I would let you nominate some users to keep an eye on things.

  We've handled our spam perfectly fine in the past, no?  When people abused the flags, we called our moderator friends who came in and helped.
