Usually one, but DD has been on a sleep strike lately.
We are in between 1 and 2 and I'm trying to push us to 1. If we are home most of the day, he still does 2 shorter (1-1.5 hr) naps. If we are out running errands, he usually does a very quick cat nap in the car and then a 2+ hr afternoon nap.

It's USUALLY from 12, and about 2 hours. She's a mess at the moment, so we're grateful if we get an hour.
It means we can do a solid morning activity, then she falls asleep in the car and I can put her in her crib.
