Alexandra fell, well, rolled down the stairs this morning. We have a gate on them, but for some reason it didn't get shut, and I thought Nick had her, and he thought I had her. She loves the stairs, so of course she goes over and starts going down (which she does with our supervision), this time of course she slipped...She never slips when we are right there with her. Ugh. Rolls down the stairs, and lands on her little nose. Poor little baby had her first (of many I'm sure), bloody nose. I feel awful about it. :-( After she calmed down, and nursed, I got my smiley baby back. Her daddy made waffles, and she is now sleeping it off.

Oh, we are having her birthday party this afternoon. What a great start to the day. 

Ugh.

    Awww accidents happen!  Glad it was just a bloody nose and not something more serious on birthday party day :)

    Poor thing, glad she was smiley again and I hope her party went well! Just think it will be a funny story to tell her years from now.

    Aww poor baby....and poor Mommy! That sounds so scary! I hope you had an awesome party, though, despite the rough start to the day.
