I'm running out of ideas on what types of single veggies I can give to S as a puree! So far she's had green beans, peas, carrots, sweet potato and zucchini. If I can find some pre-cubed butternut squash she'll be getting that along with white potatoes this week as well. I can't think of any other veggies that I can give her though. She still doesn't swallow most of her food (fruits or veggies) so we're still only giving her an ounce per "meal". I was thinking that I could start to mix her veggies together, but figured I'd see if there were any other veggies I should try first.
For those of you who have/are doing purees, what other veggies have you tried?
Re: running out of veggie options
When in doubt go to the store and check out what mixes of baby foods they sell then just buy those veggies.

You could try peas and sweetcorn. Maybe add in some pulses like black beans which are an excellent source of protein for them.

It's for people who make their own food, but even if you buy, it could still give you some ideas. It tells you what the appropriate age for each food is.
