Pregnitude *warning ticker

So I had a visit with my OB yesterday. She has suggested I start taking Pregnitude since my RE wanted me to stay off of metformin for awhile. Has anyone taken Pregnitude? From what I can read online it has been helpful for women with pcos (which is just one of many of my issues!).

Are you still on Pregnitude? What are your results? I am on day 5 of it, I have PCOS and have been TTC since August. I am wondering when most women's AF came and what day of the Pregnitude did they ovulate.

Yes still on pregnitude. I haven't actively been TTC the past few months so I can't say if it helped really or not but I do feel like it helps with my sugar imbalance a bit (I came off of metformin) My cycles have been fairly regular so I couldn't really say if it changed anything. Sorry...not much help!

Ticker/Siggy Warning! !

I started pregnatude per the request of my RE 2 months ago. We are gearing up for IVF#2 in January or February. Our IVF #1 resulted in a healthy dd but not frosties. Our RE said this might help with embryo quality since I have POA. I have noticed increased pain during ovulation since starting but that's the only change so far. Fx it helps with IVF#2.

I think this is sort of an older thread, but I wanted to weigh in. I have been taking Pregnitude for five or six months. I started taking it before realizing that we needed to do IVF due to tubal issues. In that time it regulated my cycle (which was pretty irregular due to PCOS).

I definitely think it helped with our IVF cycle greatly (although we had to freeze all due to OHSS so I've not had any embryos transferred yet). We retrieved 25 eggs and 21 fertilized. We have 11 frosties. I'm pretty happy with that outcome and our fertilization rate was definitely higher than my RE had predicted. We'll see if it results in good embryo quality after my March FET!

Just a suggestion. I think pregnitude is a total rip off and completely over priced. It is 200mcg of folic acid (most PNVs have 800mcg) and 2000mg (or 2g) of Myo-Inositol.

If you are taking a PNV you are getting the recommended dosage of folic acid, so you don't need that in the pregnitude. If you want to take the myo-inositol, you can get it much cheaper than the $35 that Pregnitude charges for 120g (60 2g packets). I took myo-inositol and bought 450g for $50 on Amazon.
