Once you started feeling baby move, how long was it before it was more consistent? I started feeling him kick on monday and still barely feel him and it is mostly when laying down or sitting.
mine is still when i sit...but its pretty consistent. been feeling it since saturday or sunday. it feels like a bubbler in an aquarium. pretty cool. i cant really feel it on the outside, but did get one swift kick that my husband got to feel...but havent felt one that hard since....pretty cool. also i am 21 weeks 5 days.
hmm, i'm going to try to remember when this all was!
around 14/15 weeks i started feeling the first little faint pops. i was about 17 weeks when all of a sudden (literally... as we were walking around a museum one saturday afternoon) i started feeling her move ALL the time.... and she hasn't stopped since then!
so i guess the answer is 2-3 weeks between first bubbles and consistent/noticeable real movement.
i'm glad you're feeling him move now, angie! how exciting!! (and thanks again for your awesome treats... loved them!)
FTM - I first felt kicks around 17 weeks. Now at 21 weeks I feel like my little one has just started becoming more consistent. I too would only feel things when I was still, which was mainly nighttime. Just yesterday I started feeling him kick me at work during the day too. So rad!
I first felt flutters at 16 weeks (anterior placenta), and actual kicks since 18 weeks. Now, at more than 22 weeks I'm feeling this little guy with nearly every move he makes, although every once in a while he gets himself turned to facing the back and I don't feel his kicks, but I can always feel him rolling and shifting. Our favorite activity now, is watching him kick and bounce every evening after we shower, and he LOVES piano music - that is always sure to get some nudges and rolls from him. Seeing my husband's face when he watches my belly as the baby moves around, is priceless. I thought it would be longer before we'd be able to see him moving because I'm overweight, but we've been able to watch him consistently for almost 2 weeks already. Even as I'm typing this, he's bouncing and kicking, and my belly looks like a bag with cats in it...

I thought I felt baby at 17.5 wks but then nothing for two weeks.. Then occasional what I know now were kicks. Didn't become consistent every day until 21 weeks (I'm 23 wks now) and I can feel her from the outside for about a week now
I started feeling little popcorn popping feelings around 16-17 weeks. Now I'm 22 weeks and as I'm typing she's full on kicking me. They keep getting stronger and stronger. Sometimes it startles me. My husband has felt her too. Which is pretty darn cool
I started feeling 1-2 daily movements around 18 weeks, but not whenever I felt like it. For the past week or so I have been able to feel him pretty consistently "on demand" (after eating/drinking, while lying down the right way, etc.) and I am a huge addict. I live for those little wiggles just as much as I did when I was a FTM. :x

I would say consistency took like 2 weeks or so. It was every now and then but now I know this baby tends to get still sround bedtime and not move much more until morning. But if I sit during the day, it's awake and moving around.
It took about 2.5 weeks between when I definitively decided I could feel baby move and to when I was feeling him consistently. I think I probably starting feeling baby a little earlier than when I "officially" did, but I'm a FTM so I just wasn't sure. But it did take a few weeks for me between when I was sure and when it became consistent.

Last night I put a piece of chocolate I was eating on my belly during evening kick time to see if I could see the kicks yet. Hmm...not yet.
