  The person who shared this on my FB is the most conservative anti-choice person on my FB feed, so I dismissed it outright as being nothing more than inflammatory.

  I didn't have any clue that you could get an abortion at 8 months pregnant.  Is that true?  I don't know much about actual abortion I don't think.

  I thought there was laws that stated you couldn't get an abortion past a certain point. 8 months is past viability.

  The case in the video took place in the 1970s.
  
  Apparently this type of abortion is rarely done now and is supposed to be done between 16-24 weeks. Between 2002 and 2012 it was done 9 times in Minesota. I don't know about other states. Due to complications, it's illegal in some countries.

  I know that partial birth abortions are illegal. Which is what this sounds like. I try to avoid most anti abortion BS since it's usually full of shit. However, partial birth abortions were made illegal in 2003.
