Had my u/s today

And baby had legs closed tight. I felt like the the tech didn't want to tell me. Because she said I should be focused on the health of the baby not the gender. So anyways here my party child

    I really don't understand why the health of the baby and interest in the gender have anything to do with each other! it's like when someone says "oh we don't care what we have, as long as it's healthy". really? has anyone ever said "i don't care about health! kid better have a vagina!"?

    Ummm I wanted to know the sex of my child and I certainly certainly care very much about her health.  Your tech is annoying.

    Thanks lady's and I have another ultra sound in two week because she says she couldn't see the legs or ankles. I hope I don't have her next time!

    That tech needs to STFU.  Sorry you didn't get to find out...I'd be disappointed too!  FX you get a nicer tech at your next U/S.

    what an awful tech to say that. Knowing the gender of the baby isn't going to make it unhealthy. sheesh! good luck with your next u/s! hopefully you have a nicer one!

    Wow, how rude. I feel like she was judging you for wanting to know the sex. I had a tech one time that was a pretty big douche too. There is nothing wrong with wanting to know the sex of your own baby, I am the planning type, so I always want to know to buy gender appropriate things.

    It was crazy but hopefully you ladies have a better experience with UR ultra sound. I have some nice pic of the baby which is great but I really wanted to go shopping today and don't want to get unisex cloths.i have a feeling she seen but didn't want to tell me cus I asked. And before we started the u/s she told me it's not medical necessary to know the sex. So I kinda felt like she was going to be a bitch about it.
