So cold....

It is only 6:20 and the temp is at a high of -28c before windchill!!!!    The high for today is -30 something.    Some area of the province are at -40 right now. 

ughhhhhh.......It has been so cold here the past few days that DS and I have been trapped inside and we are going CRAZY!!   Sunday is supposed to be a nice -16 :/

    I feel your pain. We are currently at -22c, windchill of -28. We HAD to leave the house this morning so I could go to work. I let my car run for 15 min before we even got in and it still wasn't warm when we got to daycare 25 min later...I hate winter.

    I wish I could leave.  DH has the car for work and we only have one :(  so poor DS and I are trapped.

    I have no idea how that translates into Fahrenheit, but we've been in the single digits since Tuesday night and it's not going to get past 10 degrees (Fahrenheit) until like Sunday, and not above freezing until Tuesday. This Hawaii girl has turned into a popsicle.

    well google tells me -30c is -22f. 
    With the wind factored in it is almost -40 here.....

    It seems the past 4ish years there are a few weeks in Dec-Jan that we get this super cold weather.  We had a huge blizzard Sunday-Tuesday and there is so much snow around that there are 8'-15' drifts all over the place and community streets are so bad it's hard to even leave to go anywhere.

    I can't even imagine how that cold of weather feels! I've never experienced negative degree weather. Our newscasters freak out when it dips below 40F!

    Damn that's cold. I would rather be stuck in than have to go out (as long as it was warm inside and I had supplies).

    I think a hot cup of cocoa is in order or a mulled wine to get in the festive spirit.

    It SUCKS! The students have been inside all day and they're all going stir crazy! I hate it when the weather is like this.

    I live in south Texas and it is 41 here and with wind chill colder, we were just 70 something yesterday lol and 81 the day before that.

    It was 64 here yesterday...32 right now and raining. Not a good thing. I'm hoping we don't have an ice storm.

    Its 10°f out now but tomorrow is suppose to have windchill factor of -25°f! I hope everyone stays warm!
