Severe cramping but no bleeding, should I be concerned? I had slight cramping when I was 5-6 weeks but it wasn't too bad, it is now though. I'm not sure if that's cause enough to go to the hospital or not
Could it be round ligament pain? With my first it was so bad I was positive I was miscarrying or dying. I was literally bent double in the waiting room at my doctors office and they checked me out and said it was RLP.

I was just going to say this. I had this throughout my entire first trimester last time and have it a little bit now. It was absolutely awful. if you take 1 tylenol and it gets better it is round ligament pain.
I have this too at times. If it comes and goes and gets better with a little Tylenol I wouldn't be concerned. If its consistent and nothing makes it better I would probably go get checked out to make sure it's not an ectopic. Sometimes mine are pretty strong but I just lay down and drink alot of water and they fade.
I had severe pain that had me doubled over. It was a combination of RLP and constipation. Get you some MiraLax and wait for the magic to happen. I felt so much better and now the RLP pain is mild. I went to ER and it wasn't anything to worry about, just constipation...
