Molars and ear pulling?

Anyone notice LO pulling at their ears more while getting molars? No fever or anything, idk whether to take her to the doctors or not. I can feel the molars so they're definitely coming...but just not sure if that's the only issue.

    Thank you! I figured it would just be me taking her in for no reason (again) but I didn't want to be ignoring a possible ear infection.

    To me, ear pulling is tricky. Both of my kiddos have had ear infections. Neither ever tugged on their ears and neither really had atemp. I would look for fussiness and lack of eating which can be from teething too. From my experience with Ds1, this whole phase while not being verbal kinda sucks... Lol

    My dr says ear pulling is because they get referred pain from teething.
