    I slept good.

    I have a nst and see my doctor this morning. She plans to spec me.

    I plan to have my shower tomorrow! My best friend flew in from Portland this week and she came over yesterday. It was great to see her. I will also see her at my shower. She's pregnant too and due in June, so this was also my first time seeing her since she found out. I am very excited for her!

    I hope everyone has mellow weekend!

    Happy Friday! 

    I have an appointment today but it's only to get my p17.  It will be nice to get out of the house for a little bit.  I slept well last night.  

    I don't have much planned this weekend.  I'm looking forward to a couple of quiet days with my hubby and little one.  

    @Roses:  I hope your appointment goes well today.  Enjoy your shower! :)

    @Roses-Hope your appointment went well!

    Slept okay, napped a lot today.  More heavy contractions last night.  I'm thinking this might be really early signs of labor.  As much as I don't want to deliver now, I know anything over 32 is sooo much better than when I came into the hospital.  I'm grateful to be this far along. 

    No weekend plans, hoping to get a lot of rest, this week wore me out!

    Well today was eventful. LO was sleepy on the monitor so I was sent to triage for extended monitoring. They did a US and more monitoring, LO woke up and was much more active. I was spec and cervix is still closed!!! I see my doctor again on Monday. Hoping for a non eventful weekend so I can enjoy my shower.

    Didn't sleep well last night.  Restless & today too.  No nap.

    This weekend hubby plans to get Christmas Tree & lights up.  Looking forward to the festivity.

    welcome @mrstavk- I think this is your first time posting? Sorry you have to join us. I looked back at your other posts to see why your on bed rest and see you received a rescue cerclage? I am happy for you that they caught things before it was too late. Are you on progesterone as well? strict bed rest at home? There are a few ladies on here with cerclages. Another one just gave birth at 39+ weeks after having a cerclage. So there are many cerclage success stories and I hope you can become one too! Bed rest is hard but do able. I am on week 9 and a few others have been on it longer. I wish you the best of luck and this posting has been great support for me and very helpful, these are a great bunch of ladies!!

    Thanks @Roses87!  Yes, had it placed this Tuesday at 18w4d.  This was our last attempt at IVF, so I'm really scared of losing this LO.  Reading success stories helps a ton.

    Hit enter too soon.  Not on progesterone yet.  Asking at follow-up on 19th.  I was on it till 14-wks and instructed to stop by RE.  I'm on strict bed rest till appt & then go from there, but pelvic rest & some form of BR is a definite.

    definitely insist that you either take progesterone injections which is a weekly shot or progesterone suppositories. Most ladies with cervical issues Are on progesterone.
