So the package with my meds arrived about 48h late and sat potentially in -27 Celsius temps for 36h. They arrived and I opened the styrofoam packaging and inside was definitely cold but not frozen. The prometrium and suprefact specifically say keep at 15-30 Celsius and do not freeze. I am really tempted to spend the money oop to replace the suprefact given we only have one shot with one embie for FET. What do you guys think about the prometrium and Estrace assuming they did freeze and thaw. I think I will call my RE office and pharmacy tomorrow just to check. Shoot, when there is so much on the line I don't want to take any chances but money is tight right now.
Re: WWSAIFD: meds arrived
FWIW, I would think Estrace would be just fine. But, I would have concerns about Prometrium. Seems like the cold could compromise the gelcap coating if nothing else (and, I say with with my masters degree in social work, which is basically the same as chemistry
