Is she ready for night training?

She's been waking up the past few nights in the middle of the night calling for me to change her pee diaper.  I still have a gate at her door b/c if I didn't she'd be roaming the house at all hours.  Plus going into the baby's room and waking him up!  Do I start to leave the gate open and put her in pull-ups?  I was going to do this after the holiday b/c I still need her in her room while we wrap presents, assemble them, and do other holiday things that she shouldn't be privvy to.  What do you think?  Her diaper is still wet every morning, so I don't think she's all the way there yet.
