3 points?!?!?

This is how many points I failed my glucose test by!!!! Ugh!!!
Dr wanted it to be 135 or lower and mine was 138!!!
I just had a feeling since it runs deep in my family and I had GD with DS I was bound to again no matter what. But she said with DS it was clear I had it but this one was so close she wanted me to do the 3 hour and I just can't. With DS I drank it like it was orange soda and liked it! This time...no... I could barely get a sip down without gagging.
Go ahead and flame me. I got so sick! And this was already my second time taking that dang test this pregnancy!!! Took it at 12-13 weeks and again this past Monday.
So she gave me an alternative. She gave me supplies and I am to monitor my sugar for a week 4x a day and then take back my results on the 18 and then I will be diagnosed or cleared! Gotta love her for being patient and understanding with me!!
For you ladies who can do the 3 hr I commend you... For me it would've been on the floor....

    It's ok. I got sick all over the waiting room and the bathroom when I took the 3 hour. I couldn't do it with the 3 hour last time either. I feel your pain. I failed the 1 hour by 3 points as well.

    @armalan12 I commend you!! I just know I couldn't do it. Did you pass the 3 hr?

    @katybriggs that's what my dr said!! So I am very thankful she's giving me the opportunity to do the week test.

    @carynjeang I'm sorry :( that what I'm trying to prevent. And seriously... I was so mad! I told my dr I could've prolly walked that 3 pts off in the lobby!!!
