C-section mom's I have an ab q

I notice that if I do ab work now even in yoga I get a major Charlie horse in my abs!! It hurts like a B and I have to lie straight for it to go away. Wtf is that??? Is it because of the c-sec? Or is it just fat girl problems?

How do I fix it anyone know?

  • I can't remember what they are called, but is it possible you have deviated abs?  Have you checked for that?  I think you are supposed to lie down flat and feel under your belly button down the middle....if you can poke your finger in and it keeps going (no muscle to stop it), that means they are deviated (or whatever it's called). There are exercises to fix that.

    But there is a big layer of flubbed lol. Doubt I would feel a muscle anyway.

    @summergirl I don't even have to do serious ab work. Bicycle kicks in the air will give me one. Maybe I need more potassium then. It didn't happen before but it's happening often now.
