Also love my Gap pair but I had to try on a few even of the same style to find the right ones. I have a giant ass compared to the rest of me (thanks mom) so I have to get a higher waist jean or else it's just a disaster. I also really like my Ann Taylor Loft jeans. I have the curvy ones and they are cut a little higher and more of a tailored look so I can wear them to work on the random days I go in.
I like Hudson and J Brand (which, let's be honest, I tried because Kate had on a pair), but I have never paid full price for them. I just got a size up on a pair of J Brand skinnies through E-Bay.
I do plan on trying Gap again since my body is still changing. They used to look horrible on me though.
I used to get almost all of my clothes, jeans included at Loft. Until I lose my baby weight, I don't quite fit anymore, but having a larger booty, they were the only ones that didn't have the gap in the back.
I have SO many pairs of GAP jeans.... that no longer fit I bought a couple pairs of Old Navy "Flirt" jeans for now. Other than being a tad bit tight in the tummy, I'm a fan. Old Navy fit me SO poorly before I had LO.

My favorites are Armani Exchange and Citizen.
