Still waiting.

Still haven't told anyone.
We are waiting til Christmas to tell.
(For those who've forgotten, or can't see my ticker, I'm 25 weeks today)

We have a special Christmas gift planned for the ILs since they will freak out (maybe not in a good way).

My family won't likely make a fuss, so we will just tell them.

Is anyone else (with a BFP) still holding out? I'm actually kind of excited to keep the secret a bit longer.
Even though MIL babysits once or twice a week, and I'm showing, I usually keep my coat on for drop off/pick up, so she never gets a good view.

I'm feeling sneaky! (In a good way)

I'm 20 weeks and I know that I definitely couldn't keep it a secret at this point. I told my mom before I told DH this time (I was in major denial). MIL also knew kinda early since we needed her to watch DD for an appointment. Good luck holding off another few weeks! Hopefully everyone reacts well.

I don't know how you have hid it so long. I was completely obvious by that time. Strangers knew without even thinking twice. And I am with @Chickie79, I can't wait for your MIL's reaction.

So, I work primarily from home. Once a week I go to the office. I'm with a new company so no one knows what size I am normally. I've been wearing loose dress clothes, so no one has noticed.

I just told my boss yesterday.

As for MY family, I never see them. They live 2+ hours away. We rarely get together.

MIL and FIL babysit once a week. I'm wearing my work clothes and keep my coat on when I pick up DS, so they wouldn't notice.

We had his birthday party last weekend, but no one said anything.

We plan to give them a peanut (still in its shell) with a pink and blue ribbon wrapped around it. It will be in a box for them to open. It will be 'the newest little peanut' since that's what they call DS.

MIL has a habit of mentioning my age and being too old for more kids whenever someone brings up babies. I'm a little sick of it. Honestly, if we could just call them AFTER the baby is born, we would. Buuuuuut, I'm pretty sure they would figure it out before then.

We don't plan to give my exact due date, just mid-to-late March. I don't want daily phone calls.

I'll keep you all posted on what happens at Christmas.

Haha I wish people would have known I was pregnant!! I barely showed the whole pregnancy and when I tell clients the Emma just turned one they all tell me they never knew I was pregnant. And a girl I work with didn't know until she asked me to take X-Rays and I told her I couldn't!!
