I have been doing really well at work. We have had a lot of adjustments in management and it has taken a lot of humility but I feel I am doing a good job and the head of the department said I am on track for a promotion next year!

I finished my christmas shopping, my sister's christmas shopping, and made a dent in my parents' list. I'm a good helper dammit!

Since Saturday evening when we got home from 13 hours in the car, I've unpacked everything, dusted, kept the house neat, put away all our fall decorations, put up the tree and decorated everything for Christmas, finished my shopping, bought some new decorations on sale, took care of the new car license plate stuff at the tag office, participated in my online class, baked pumpkin bread, cooked dinner every night, and dyed my hair myself (thanks for the reminder to the grey hair thread.) And I've done it all alone since DH is underway. I feel like super woman!

I got an awesome job offer this week but may decline and continue consulting work i really got spoiled working part time this last year- i work remotely but go to client site once a week.

For 3 mos i was working everyday (literally 7days) at my old employer on a contract that i ended
